<\/span><\/p>\n First established in 1939 as a humble pushcart stall, Ka-Soh has grown into a beloved household name with over eight decades of culinary heritage.<\/p>\n\n A proud recipient of the Michelin Bib Gourmand Award in 2017, Ka-Soh embodies the spirit of a classic Chinese eatery \u2014 serving a wide variety of zi char favourites, from hearty noodle dishes and fried rice to flavourful side plates.<\/p>\n\n No visit to Ka-Soh is complete without trying their signature fish soup noodles \u2014 a comforting bowl generously topped with tender, fresh fish slices.<\/p>\n\n Another crowd favourite is their crispy prawn paste chicken \u2014 fragrant, juicy, and a must-order at every table.<\/p>\n Ka-Soh\u2019s third-generation owner Cedric is now working on a home-based venture to sell Ka-Soh\u2019s signature Cantonese-style fish soup in frozen packs online, keeping the legacy alive in a new format.
