NUUK, Greenland Feb 6 – France and Canada will open consulates in Greenland’s capital Nuuk on Friday, deepening Arctic ties amid rising geopolitical tensions after U.S. President Donald Trump reaffirmed his interest in acquiring the strategically located island.
