SANTA CLARA, Cuba, Feb 26 – Cuba criticized the U.S. government for allowing anti-Cuban groups to operate with impunity on Thursday, as Cuban exiles wounded in an apparent attack aboard a Florida-registered speedboat convalesced at a provincial Cuban hospital.
