DERBENT, Russia -There were few visitors to Derbent’s sprawling Jewish cemetery in Russian’s Muslim-majority Dagestan region on Thursday, but some of those laying flowers on relatives’ graves said an anti-Semitic riot four days earlier had left them feeling unsettled.
