WASHINGTON – Wartime relations between President Joe Biden and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sank to a new low on Monday with the U.S. allowing passage of a Gaza ceasefire resolution at the United Nations and drawing a sharp rebuke from the Israeli leader.
