MEXICO CITY – Mexican authorities have arrested Abraham Oseguera, the brother of accused drug lord Nemesio Oseguera, alias “El Mencho” and the leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said on Monday.
