JERUSALEM/CAIRO – U.S. Vice President JD Vance will arrive in Israel on Tuesday, as Washington tries to stabilise the first, shaky, phase of the Gaza ceasefire and push Israel and Hamas towards the harder concessions asked of each side in coming talks.
