SAO PAULO, Oct 26 – Brazilian right-wing Senator Flavio Bolsonaro has followed his imprisoned father’s lead by refusing to concede defeat to leftist President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, who won a historic fourth term in Sunday’s presidential election.
