ZURICH, Nov 4 – Switzerland said on Wednesday it will pay medical costs of Italian victims of the Crans-Montana fire, backing down after its intial demand for reimbursement from Rome was described by Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni as “disgraceful”.
